The availability of specific features may depend on the package, subscription, or configuration selected by the educational institution.

Campus Nexus services are intended for use by schools, educational institutions, administrators, teachers, students, parents, staff, and other authorized users.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating or managing an account.

Users must only access information and features for which they have permission. Account credentials must not be shared with unauthorized persons.

Certain Campus Nexus features may require an account and login credentials. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login information
• Providing accurate account information
• Keeping your password secure
• Preventing unauthorized access to your account
• Informing the appropriate administrator if you suspect account misuse

Campus Nexus is not responsible for losses resulting from credentials being improperly shared or compromised due to the user's actions.

Educational institutions using Campus Nexus are responsible for the information they enter into the platform and for managing user access appropriately. Schools should ensure that:

• Information provided to the platform is accurate
• Users receive appropriate access permissions
• Student and staff information is handled responsibly
• Former employees, students, or other unauthorized users have their access removed when necessary
• The platform is used in accordance with applicable laws and institutional policies

Campus Nexus provides the technology platform but does not determine the educational policies or administrative decisions of individual institutions.

You agree to use Campus Nexus only for lawful and authorized purposes. You must not:

• Access another user's account without authorization
• Attempt to bypass security controls
• Copy, modify, or distribute the platform without permission
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Use the service for fraudulent or unlawful activities
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform
• Attempt to obtain information that you are not authorized to access

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe the service is being misused.

The Campus Nexus website, software, design, branding, logos, content, graphics, features, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Campus Nexus and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of Campus Nexus without prior written authorization.

School or user data uploaded to the platform remains subject to the rights and permissions of the relevant school, institution, or user.

Some Campus Nexus services may require a paid subscription or package. Where applicable:

• Fees will be communicated before purchase or subscription
• Payment must be completed through the available payment methods
• Subscription features may depend on the selected plan
• Additional services may be subject to separate charges
• Taxes or applicable government charges may apply

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including available providers such as Razorpay or PayPal.

Campus Nexus reserves the right to change pricing or service packages. Existing subscriptions will be handled according to the applicable subscription terms.

We aim to keep Campus Nexus reliable and accessible; however, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Software updates
• Server or hosting issues
• Internet or network problems
• Security incidents
• Third-party service failures
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to restore affected services as soon as practicable.

Campus Nexus may use or integrate with third-party services for functions such as payments, hosting, communications, analytics, authentication, or other technical requirements.

Third-party services are operated under their own terms and policies. Campus Nexus is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, or policies of services that it does not control.

You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through Campus Nexus is accurate, lawful, and appropriate. You must not upload information that:

• Violates another person's rights
• Is unlawful or fraudulent
• Contains malicious software
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Is intended to harm or disrupt the platform

Campus Nexus may take reasonable action where uploaded content creates security, legal, or operational risks.

Campus Nexus does not control the academic, financial, disciplinary, administrative, or other decisions made by educational institutions using the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Campus Nexus will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related losses arising from the use or inability to use the services.

This may include loss resulting from service interruptions, unauthorized access caused by user actions, third-party failures, inaccurate information entered by users, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Campus Nexus may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes in our services, business operations, technology, or legal requirements.

Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the services after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions, where permitted by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
