Refund Cancellation
1. Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their subscription or service request within
10 days
of purchase.
Cancellation requests should be submitted via email or through the user dashboard.
If a cancellation is requested after the specified period, it may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only if the cancellation request is made within the eligible timeframe.
The refund amount may be subject to deductions for transaction fees or services already rendered.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10
business days
after approval.
No refunds will be provided for services that have been fully utilized or partially completed.
3. Non-Refundable Services
One-time setup fees, customization services, and any third-party integrations are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be provided for violations of our

or misuse of services.
4. Subscription Plans
If you cancel a subscription plan before its renewal date, you will continue to have access until the end of the billing cycle.
No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
