Refund Cancellation

  • Customers can cancel their subscription or service request within 10 days of purchase.
  • Cancellation requests should be submitted via email  or through the user dashboard.
  • If a cancellation is requested after the specified period, it may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only if the cancellation request is made within the eligible timeframe.
  • The refund amount may be subject to deductions for transaction fees or services already rendered.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
  • No refunds will be provided for services that have been fully utilized or partially completed.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • One-time setup fees, customization services, and any third-party integrations are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will not be provided for violations of our Terms and Conditions or misuse of services.

4. Subscription Plans

  • If you cancel a subscription plan before its renewal date, you will continue to have access until the end of the billing cycle.
  • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

  • Campus Nexus reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
